Foodbank
There are many different reasons you may need to use our foodbank and we are here to help if you need us. ​

You do not need a referral so please call in to see us (between 9:30 – 12:00 Mon – Fri) to get help from the foodbank. While you wait we will offer you a drink and have a chat about what you need and how we can help you and although you may have to wait we will get the food ready as soon as we can.Â
Foodbank
We know that coming to a foodbank for the first time can be difficult but we are here to help and we want to make it as easy as possible.
When people visit us for help with food we ask you to register at reception and you will be offered a drink while you wait.

We are not here to judge but we will need to ask some questions. There are for our records and to make sure that you get the help you need. These questions will usually be about:​

Your name, address and who lives with you

What cooking facilities you have

How much you can carry today
-
The things you like and dislike and whether you have any allergies​

We will also see if there is anything else we can help you with and we may be able to let you know about other help that is available. The foodbank is here to support you when you need it - but we hope to help you so that you don't need it where possible.
